Pastor F.L. Harris accepted God’s calling to proclaim the Gospel in 1996 under the leadership of Pastor Richard Booker at the Little Zion Baptist Church in Kendleton, Texas. He began his ministerial journey, sharing the gospel in cities throughout Texas never ceasing to compromise God’s Holy Word.

His journey in the Lord brought him to the Austin area in 2001, under the leadership of Pastor Coby Shorter at the Rosewood Baptist Church in Austin, Texas. Later, after moving to Taylor, Texas, he served as an associate minister at the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Tony Sorrells until 2008.

Led by the spirit of God and believing in a “new revelation,” Pastor Harris embraced the Lord’s directive for his first pastoral assignment to organize the New Revelation Church in May 2008. Having a deep desire to reach the unchurched, Pastor Harris has constantly embraced “outreach to the outside” which is indicative of the foundation upon which New Revelation was established which is that we are of “One FAITH, One FAMILY, serving One FATHER.” With a passion for God’s Word, a passion to serve God and a passion to serve others, Pastor Harris has passionately devoted himself to theological studies at Andersonville Theological Seminary. His lovely wife, Patricia Harris, is an anointed musician for the Lord. Their son, DJ Daniels, and their daughter, Dorisha Daniels, are, also, anointed psalmists. Truly, you will be blessed by Pastor Harris’ ministry.
