Mission:
The mission of “The Next Generation of God’s Leading Ladies” is to provide a comprehensive array of seasoned, mature Women of God (some of God’s best and brightest in the Kingdom) to impart character, content and courage in the young women (college-students and other young professionals) who participate in the program so that these young women can, ultimately, influence change by shifting the paradigm in this current societal age.

The Change involves:
Providing a national, 1-800 prayer hotline to routinely allow participants to call in and to ‘confidentially’ receive edification, exhortation, encouragement and empowerment through the indispensable resource of corporate prayer.
Hosting special grooming sessions with seasoned, mature Women of God (some of God’s best & brightest in the Kingdom) providing quality, anointed and practical ministry in such areas as finding one’s true identity in Christ, self-respect, faith, personal ministry/vision, sexual purity, relationships, marriage, pro-creation (keeping the seed alive), academic excellence & obtaining/maintaining a high-degree of professional acumen.
Participating in meaningful community service & local missions work aimed at unconditionally loving people “where they are” and providing healing to such individuals by demonstrating a willingness to “roll up one’s sleeves” and to touch the seemingly untouchable, to love the seemingly unlovable and to embrace those disenfranchised by, perhaps, their own choices, the choices of those whom they love and/or by the, often, unpredictable, unwelcomed and uncontrollable nature of life circumstances.
